Where do I go when I get there?
As you’re walking to the building, you will meet people who are warm and welcoming. If you need anything while you are with us — ear plugs, a Bible, or a pen — feel free to ask one of our welcoming team members with a blue Table Church lanyard or name tag. We’re a friendly bunch, and we’d love to serve you and make your visit as comfortable as possible.
How long is the service?
Our service lasts about 1 hour. We start by singing a few songs, followed by a time for a relevant message led by our pastor. We wrap things up with prayer for each other and fellowship after the service. Then, as a corporate body, we take communion once a month and maybe sing one or two more songs.
Visiting for the first time?
Every week we get to meet new people, just like you! We love it! Our Pastor is available immediately after worship to answer whatever questions you have about us. Feel free to pick up informational brochures and papers from our welcome desk.
What should I wear?
You will find people dressing in a wide range of attires from Sunday best to casual. Wear whatever you feel the most comfortable in worship.
What do you do for kids when you gather for worship?
Kids — We believe the entire family should participate in worship as much as possible. We realize that younger children might be harder to handle during certain parts of the service. During the sermon, children 5th grade and younger will leave the sanctuary with children ministry leaders to experience Jesus on their level. The Table Kidz is a safe, age-appropriate environment where kids have their own group with games, crafts, a Bible lesson, and discussion time. We are passionate about children having fun while they learn about Jesus. Click the button below to learn more!
Teens — We believe corporate worship is for everyone in the family, including our teenagers between 6th – 12th grade. When we worship and share God’s Word, we strive to meet everyone – including the teens – on their level; making church enjoyable for them so they want to come back each week. It is our goal to help lead the entire family in building their faith and relationship with Jesus. In addition, we will help encourage teens as they are preparing to graduate from high school and head off to college.
Do we have a youth group for them at The Table? Absolutely yes! Table Students group meets every week on Monday nights during our ASL Family Life group time. Click the button below to learn more about ASL Family Life group!
Can I attend if I’m _____________?
Fill in the blank with whatever fear you have about not being accepted: divorced, single parent, broke, recovering addict, LGBTQ, atheist, skeptic, etc. We will teach the Truth and nothing but the Truth, BUT everyone is welcome at the Table. This is a place where people are welcomed and God heals the broken. So come as you are, and we hope you will join one of our small group meetings or at worship!
